All Things Solar

In 2008 and 2009 our club co-sponsored the "All Things Solar" event at the Rossville Utility Exploration Center. We brought with us our expertise in solar cooking, demonstrating about 20 cookers and providing solar cooked food to the people who attended. We also helped visitors to build their own solar cookers. Our PV electric displays showcased our the capabilities of our solar trailer. In 2008 we did a demonstration on solar powered fountains, installing a permanent solar powered fountain during the event!
* While our LLC and 501(3)c statuses are both pending, RESC:UE, LLC does have an EIN number and bank account that business checks can be made out to and, if needed for tax reasons, a tax deductible donation can be made via our host high school, Bella Vista, which is qualified as a non-profit through the state of California.
